Il movimento unisce l&#8217;universalit\u00e0 dell&#8217;arte all&#8217;idea di transnazionalit\u00e0 politica e focalizza la sua attivit\u00e0 nell&#8217;area mediterranea in quanto in essa si rispecchiano i problemi della societ\u00e0 globale.\u201d (dal Manifesto Love Difference, 2002). La frase &#8220;amare le differenze&#8221; \u00e8 scritta con luci al neon colorate in 39 lingue del mondo, come messaggio di pace. L\u2019artista, tra i pi\u00f9 significativi rappresentanti dell\u2019Arte Povera, dopo i primi dipinti su fondo neutro ha utilizzato superfici specchianti e plexiglass con l\u2019effetto di coinvolgere lo spettatore in situazioni enigmatiche e stranianti. In seguito ha creato opere e installazioni con oggetti quotidiani e stracci. Nel 1994 ha creato il Progetto Arte, che viene attuato all\u2019interno della Fondazione Pistoletto di Cittadellarte a Biella.<\/p>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<p>?? \u201cLove Difference is a name, a slogan, a declaration of aims. The movement combines the universality of art with the idea of political transnationality, and focuses on the Mediterranean in that it reflects the problems of global society\u201d (Love Difference Manifesto, 2002). The quote \u201clove difference\u201d is displayed in neon lights in 39 different languages of the world, as a message of peace. Pistoletto is one of the most significant representatives of Arte Povera. After his first paintings on a neutral coloured surface, he used mirrored surfaces and acrylic glass to involve the viewer in enigmatic and alienating situations. Later he created works and installations with everyday objects and rags.
