Strumenti, Persone, Ambienti ne sono, ognuno nella propria specificit\u00e0,\u00a0 protagonisti attivi, elementi indispensabili a sostegno delle future prospettive di cura dei pazienti oncologici<\/em>. class=\"wp-caption-text\">Barbara Balestra<\/figcaption><\/figure>\n<p>TESTO DELl&#8217;AUTRICE:<br \/>\n<em>Il 19 dicembre del 2001 a Pavia ebbe luogo un intervento che ebbe eco a livello mondiale. Un paziente terminale di 42 anni, affetto da metastasi al fegato conseguenti ad un carcinoma al colon, acconsent\u00ec a sottoporsi a un intervento avveniristico. Un intervento, che complessivamente dur\u00f2 21 ore, dove il fegato del paziente venne espiantato, portato al reattore nucleare in condizioni sterili, irraggiato e poi di nuovo impiantato nel paziente. Le metastasi sparirono e il paziente visse ancora per 44 mesi con una buona qualit\u00e0 di vita. Questo fu possibile grazie alle competenze di un gruppo di chirurghi e fisici dell&#8217;Universit\u00e0 di Pavia ma soprattutto all&#8217;intuizione che il boro radioattivo potesse essere utilizzato a fini terapeutici. Dopo anni di studi e di messe a punto realizzarono questo complesso esperimento che ebbe anche eco mondiale.\u00a0<\/em><em>La ricerca scientifica ora procede con nuovi esperimenti con i protagonisti di oggi che si uniscono a quelli del passato per nuove prospettive future.<\/em><br \/>\nIl portfolio \u00e8 composto da 11 immagini: 1 riga da 5 foto, un&#8217;immagine composta da 8 frame estratti dal filmato originale, 1 riga da 5 foto.<\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>Secondo lavoro Selezionato &#8220;Tempo nel Tempo&#8221; di CRISTINA MARAFFI<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p style=\"font-weight: 400\"><em>Cosa rimane di una vita? Quanti oggetti e luoghi ci ricordano l\u2019esistenza di una persona cara?<br \/>\nUn viaggio necessario e commovente alla ricerca del tempo interiore.<br \/>\nL\u2019autrice esplora i cassetti agostiniani della propria memoria per ritrovarsi improvvisamente al fianco dell\u2019amato padre, in quel \u201ctempo nel tempo\u201d, che ancora vive indelebile dentro di lei. Consapevole che il passato \u00e8 ancora presente, parte fondamentale del quotidiano vivere e solo apparentemente invisibile agli occhi di chi non sa vedere oltre il tempo dell\u2019orologio<\/em>. preparando questo lavoro. Ha vissuto una vita lunga e intensa, anche se parlava poco di s\u00e9. Era un uomo riservato e taciturno, colto e forse persino ossessivo, tanto che tra le sue tante passioni c&#8217;era quella di raccogliere tutte le frasi sul Tempo scritte da filosofi, scrittori, scienziati, politici e altri pensatori. Un impegno che lo ha portato a scrivere un libro su questo tema, come se cercasse di afferrare e comprendere l&#8217;essenza stessa del tempo. Con le immagini ho provato a ricomporre la sua vita. Non seguono una successione cronologica, ma si sviluppano secondo un ritmo che vuole evocare il &#8220;tempo nel tempo&#8221;, come se anche l&#8217;esistenza non scorresse mai in linea retta, ma fosse un intreccio di attimi, ritorni e sovrapposizioni.\u00a0<\/em><\/li>\n<li>Lavoro vincitore \u201cAnimali Fantastici\u201d di Maurizio CINTIOLI<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p style=\"font-weight: 400\"><em>La capacit\u00e0 di collegare la fotografia storica con la tecnologia attuale rende questo progetto particolare nel panorama fotografico. \u00c8 un&#8217;opera dove storia, scienza e fantasia convergono propria vita all&#8217;osservazione e documetazione della regione dello Yorkshire nel nord del Regno Unito. Sposata con Sir Harry Otway, molto pi\u00f9 anziano di lei e incoraggiata da quest&#8217;ultimo nel portare avanti il suo lavoro, condivise con la zia la passione per la fotografia e in particolare per la cianotipia. Fu una delle prime donne a potersi dedicare a tempo pieno all&#8217;attivit\u00e0 fotografica. Nell&#8217;autunno del 1854, i boschi nei pressi della sua abitazione, furono teatro di uno strano fenomeno astronomico. Una pioggia di meteoriti e polvere cosmica provoc\u00f2 una serie di mutazioni genetiche nella fauna del luogo che venne a contatto con questo materiale radioattivo. Nacquero, cos\u00ec, bizzarri animali fantastici destinati a breve vita. Le cianotipie di Maggie Lee Foster sono l&#8217;unica testimonianza di quanto accaduto<\/em>.<br \/>\nLe immagini della serie sono state generate con applicazioni di intelligenza artificiale, stampate in negativo su carta lucida, e successivamente a contatto con la tecnica della cianotipia.
